Do You Make The Candles Yourself? 

Yes! Upon Luxury Candles is a solo, Black-owned small business, and every product is handcrafted by me. 

Each candle, room spray, and wax melt is created upon small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. From pouring the wax to blending each fragrance composition, every step is done upon care and purpose. 

Your support means more than you know and I’m honored to create products you can enjoy upon your space.

How Should I Burn My Candles For The Best Experience?

To best enjoy your Upon Luxury Candle experience, proper care is essential.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to promote a clean, steady flame. You can purchase an Upon Luxury Candles Wick Trimmer here. During the first use, allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the vessel to prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn moving forward.

For best results, burn 2–4 hours at a time and keep the candle away from drafts. Always allow the wax to cool completely before relighting, and discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

What Wax Do You Use? 

We use a refined paraffin-soy wax blend formulated for a smooth, clean and efficient burn. 

This blend offers:

  • A longer, more consistent burn
  • Reduced soot compared to traditional paraffin only candles 
  • Excellent fragrance throw
  • A clean finish when burned properly 

Our wax is phthalate-free and carefully crafted to provide a premium experience upon every burn 

Where Upon Do You Ship?

We currently ship anywhere upon the United States. 

Which Mail Carriers Do You Use Upon?

We ship via USPS or UPS and charge a flat rate upon $8.95 per order. 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order Upon The Mail?

Orders are typically packed and shipped upon the next business day. Transit time averages 3 business days once shipped. 

You will receive tracking information upon shipment so you can follow your order all the way until it arrives upon your doorstep. 

My Room Spray Isn’t Spraying. What’s Going On? 

The safety lock is likely engaged. Simply turn the notch on the spray bottle to the open position. The lock prevents accidental sprays while traveling or when not upon use. 

Do You Offer Gift Cards?

Yes! Upon Luxury Candles Gift Cards are available here upon amounts of your choosing and are delivered electronically. 

Simply enter the recipient's email at checkout, and the gift card will be delivered instantly. They can then add it to their digital wallet and redeem it upon checkout at their convenience. 

Please note: We do not offer physical gift cards.

Do You Accept Returns Or Exchanges?

All sales are final. 

However, if your item arrives upon you damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement upon verification.

Delivery Errors, Stolen Packages, Or Incorrect Addresses? 

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS or UPS).

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or if it is misdelivered, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address carefully upon checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, a $8.95 re-shipping fee will apply, as original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What If My Order Arrives Broken Or Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with the following:

• A close-up photo of the damaged item

• A photo of the packaging and box used upon shipment

• A photo of the shipping label
